Q: Jenna how do you keep those arms looking so fabulous? ;-) – Bethany Scully
A: For me, my arms are often engaged when I do a number of various exercises… mountain climbers, pull ups, squat thrusts, crab claws, bear crawls… My bi’s and tri’s, chest and shoulders are constantly in use. I try to find exercises that engage more than one muscle group at a time.
