Oh, boy! Did you know that March 4 is National Pound Cake Day? You can embrace this important holiday by giving chef Catherine DeOrio’s decadent desserts a try. Here are her recipes for Italian ice lemon tiramisu, pound cake pops and s’mores pound cake squares.

Italian ice lemon tiramisu

Ingredients

    • 1 (10.75 ounces) package frozen pound cake, thawed
    • 1/3 cup lemonade concentrate
    • 3 tablespoons limoncello liqueur
    • 1 cup mascarpone cheese, softened
    • 1/2 cup whipping cream
    • 1/2 cup lemon curd
    • 1/3 cup marshmallow cream or fluff
    • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
    • Lemon zest and raspberries for garnish (optional)

    • 1 (12 ounces) bag white chocolate chips or white melting chocolate
