  • 1/2 cup Quaker® Old Fashioned or Quick Oats, prepare as usual
  • 3 egg whites, cooked
  • 1/4 cup canned low-sodium black beans, warmed
  • 1/4 cup low-fat cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2 tbsp salsa, any variety
  • Fresh cilantro (optional)

2. Blueberry Cobbler Oatmeal

3. Banana Nutter Oatmeal

  • 2 tsp peanut butter, smooth or crunchy

4. Sweet & Tart Berry Bowl

  • 2 tsp honey or agave nectar
