Pop Tarts

Burgers

SONIC Drive-Ins in the Acadiana, La., area recently added a new dish to the menu to show support for the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. The Ragin’ Cajun burger has an edible UL logo on the bun, and it comes topped with spicy mayonnaise, Cajun-fried onions, and pepper jack cheese. A packet of locally produced Tony Chachere's Creole seasoning also comes on the side.

Chips

Tortilla chips are a must-have at any tailgate, and Trojans can buy a bag of them in the University of Southern California’s colors—cardinal and gold—at Los Angeles-area convenience and grocery stores.

Pasta

Here’s a fun way to use your noodle: The Pasta Shoppe makes pasta salad mixes that come with noodles shaped like more than 60 different college football teams’ symbols and mascots. Some of the pieces in each pack also come in the teams’ colors. The line just expanded to include Pac-12 conference teams this year.

Doughnuts

For early-morning tailgates, Syracuse fans can pick up doughnuts decorated with orange and blue icing from the local Tops Market on Nottingham Road. It’s less than 2 miles from the university, so the entire store is orange-themed: There’s even a mural commemorating all of the great former running backs who wore No. 44 in the store’s ’Cuse Cafe.

Hot chocolate

A lot of fans have coffee cups with their team logo printed on them, and now they can fill those mugs up with a drink that’s just as spirited. McSteven’s makes hot cocoa mixes in school colors for nearly 100 different colleges. Each Belgian white chocolate-flavored drink comes in your team’s color, so Clemson tigers can sip on orange hot chocolate, and Florida Gators can mix up a steaming cup of blue hot chocolate.

Chocolates

Truffles might not be the first thing you’d think to bring to a tailgating party—but they will be once you check out the collegiate collection from Russell Stover. You can buy 16 ounces of chocolates in a box shaped like a football with your team’s logo printed on it for $14.99.

Toast

If you’re a fan of one of the 11 lucky schools that has a ProToast toaster ($52.10), you can brand your team’s logo onto a piece of bread. We can’t say for sure what happens when you put a college-branded Pop-Tart in a college-branded toaster—but let us know if you try!
