The days are getting shorter and colder, which means it's prime comfort food time, and chef Isaac Toups of Toups' Meatery in New Orleans has just the meal: Thin-Cut 'Minute' Pork Chops, served with Bacon-Roasted Winter Vegetables. The pork chops are seasoned with a salty-sweet mixture of soy sauce and balsamic vinegar and then pan-cooked in just a few minutes. The side dish of roasted Brussels sprouts and butternut squash is punched up with bacon and two surprising ingredients: mayonnaise and sherry vinegar.
