Eric Cartman can’t get enough Cheesy Poofs. Now "South Park" fans can get their hands on them too, thanks to a joint effort between Comedy Central and Frito-Lay, who are producing 1.5 million packages of the previously fictional snack for fans looking to celebrate the show’s 15th season.

The Cheesy Poofs will sell for $2.99 at Wal-Marts across the country from Aug. 28 until Sept. 18 in bags that will look familiar to any die-hard "South Park" viewer.

“We really made sure that the packaging looked identical to the one originally featured on the show,” said Comedy Central’s President of Consumer Products Leigh Anne Brodsky. “It’s something that fans have always connected with and when you mention what we’re doing, people love it and just laugh.”

A smaller size will also be available for 99 cents (foul-mouthed fourth-graders not included). Serious fans of the show won’t have to pay a thing — they can just show up to the Ultimate “South Park” Fan Experience at Comic-Con in San Diego in July and get a bag free, served in a life-sized replica of South Park Elementary’s school cafeteria.

The show, which started back in 1997, has often featured Eric Cartman singing the brand’s official theme song: “I love Cheesy Poofs/ You love Cheesy Poofs/ If we didn’t eat Cheesy Poofs/ We’d be lame.” The snack originally debuted in Season 2, when Cartman was chosen to appear in a Cheesy Poofs commercial.
