In a glittering crystal punch bowl, pour 3/4 cup of fresh lemon juice, 1/2 cup simple syrup, 1 cup vodka, 1/2 cup Lincello and 1 bottle of chilled Champagne. Garnish with 4 sliced star fruits and raspberries and sprinkle with edible gold glitter stars.
