Katie Couric and her husband, John Molner, have teamed up with Sur La Table's chef Joel Gamoran on a new cooking show — Full Plate with Katie & John — and they're sharing two delicious and good-for-you recipes: grilled salmon with avocado butter and creamy cauliflower "risotto" with wild mushrooms. Hint: There's no butter in the first recipe and no rice in the second.
