In case you haven’t heard, Osama bin Laden is dead.

While there certainly is a controversy over whether or not it’s appropriate to celebrate, there are plenty of bars and restaurants willing to let you do it. Case in point: the slightly gruesome “Bin Laden’s Remains,” composed of jalapeno-marinated steaks served on a pita with grilled onion, tomatoes and Swiss cheese, all only $8.50 with a side of “Freedom Fries” at Filter in the Wicker Park neighborhood of Chicago.

In Chicago, but not satisfied with just one food and drink special based around Bin Laden’s death? Well you’re in luck, because Eater brings news of the tastefully named Uncle Fatty's Rum Resort, which will be throwing a full-blown rager on May 6th and 7th featuring specialty cocktails like the The Floating Terrorist and Osama Been Shot.

In Cincinnati, Jeff Ruby is giving away a free glass of Champagne to every customer through Friday at his steakhouse to toast the U.S. servicemen who shot Bin Laden, while tonight is the last night you can take advantage of The Summit’s “Cocktails on Us” promotion, a deal that the Racine, WI restaurant advertised on its massive electronic sign next to a waving American flag. Owner Dave Ellsworth is giving each diner their first beer, wine or cocktail on the house because, according to Caledonia Patch, "We thought it would be a patriotic thing to do.”
