Sixteen years ago, the visionaries at Pizza Hut pioneered stuffing crusts with cheese. Thinking outside the pizza box once again, for a limited time, Pizza Hut is now offering customers the option of stuffing their crusts with stuff besides cheese, like pepperoni or a combo of pepperoni, Italian sausage and bacon (that's the "meaty").
Pizza Hut is now looking for its next pizza prodigy. So they took to Twitter, where @pizzahut followers are tweeting their suggestions for they'd like tucked into their pies. The pizza enthusiasts who tweet with the hashtag #stuffmycrustwith get a chance to win a free pizza. And the crust brain trust is getting creative: Recent responses include things like diamonds, bacon, gummy bears and money. Shockingly, the tweets have not yet gone perverse.
