Sure, they don't belong in the pages of her magazine, or any magazine, really, but we hope Martha never stops sharing these images — because they're just like our bad photos of food that actually tasted amazing!

It's hard to admit, and I appreciate my friends' kind, patronizing Instagram likes. But the food pictures I take look like total dog food, even when the dish itself was delicious. 

Restaurant dishes, lovingly crafted by professionals, come out hideous in my camera. And forget homemade: It's the stuff nightmares are made of.

Martha herself had no comment for TODAY, though she did respond via Twitter:
