As part of TODAY's monthlong All-Star Thanksgiving series, two culinary heavy-hitters — Martha Stewart and chef John Besh — are sharing recipes for Thanksgiving classics with twists you're going to want to try.
For the centerpiece, Martha Stewart reveals her secret for the juiciest turkey: She starts by cooking the bird breast side down, then flips it over to finish cooking it. Meanwhile, John Besh shares his recipe for oyster dressing (AKA stuffing), a classic Creole dish you might not be familiar with unless you're from South Louisiana.
