Celebrity chef Mario Batali has done it all. From traveling the world (with Gwyneth Paltrow, no less) to owning some of New York City's top eateries -- including Del Posto, Babbo, Lupa and the foodies' haven, Eataly -- he is one busy man. I managed to grab a few minutes of his time backstage at TODAY, where he told me that aside from his chef duties, he loves spending time with his kids.
