Nothing is more satisfying in the height of summer than a slushy frozen cocktail. Sure to put you on island time, mon! For a tropical twist, add 2oz. of blackberry brandy.

  • 8 oz dark rum
  • 4 oz coconut nectar
  • 8 oz pineapple juice

Yield: 4 Servings


  • Put all in blender filled with ice. Blend until smooth.
  • Pour into glass and serve.
