What does it feel to win TODAY’s Home Chef Challenge?

I am honored and thrilled to win this week’s Home Chef Challenge. I can't believe after 20 years of occasionally making this cookie, my simple chocolate Nutella cookie is finally getting the recognition it deserves! It's simple and delicious.

What’s your favorite cooking tip?

Keeping it simple is best. Limit your ingredients to maximize flavor. When did cooking get so complicated? I like to call myself a self-made home cook.

What would be your ideal last meal?

My friends would say a pasta dish, but for me, it's a true bistecca alla fiorentina (a Florentine steak, preferably while dining in Florence, Italy).
