1. Sour frozen grapes

Hack a box of lime jello! Coat grapes in the mixture and then freeze them until firm. They're refreshing but also sour, like Sour Patch Kids.

2. Easy no-bake lemon cheesecake bars

Beat cream cheese with ricotta, agave (or honey or confectioners' sugar), lemon zest, lemon juice and salt until smooth. Spread in a plastic-lined baking pan and then freeze until firm. Remove from the pan and cut into bars. Serve right away. Get the recipe here.

3. Lemonade slushy

Pour lemonade into ice cube trays and freeze until firm. Transfer the cubes to a blender and puree with a little water until a slushy forms. If you're serving this for guests and want to jazz it up, serve it in a lemon! Cut a slice off the bottom of the lemon so it can stand up. Cut the top third of the lemon off. Use a knife and spoon to clean out the guts of the lemon on both sides. Keep the lemon pieces in the freezer and fill with the slushy when you're ready to serve.

4. Frozen yogurt and blueberry bites
