Make classic Southern comfort food: Po'boys and strawberry banana pudding

Believe it or not, San Franciso is one of the best places to get Southern comfort food. In SF's Lower Haight neighborhood, you'll find Two Jack's Nik's Place, where Nikki Cooper oversees the family restaurant that's been in operation since the 1970s.

Here, Cooper shares her recipes for shrimp po'boys with bacon coleslaw on garlic bread; if you can't find prawns, the sandwiches can also be made with oysters, catfish or chicken. For dessert, Cooper has a twist on banana pudding that includes strawberries. Both are sure to be crowd pleasers!
