Chef Michael Symon: 'The Midwest will get our due'

Chef Michael Symon, the man who has been lauded for rejuvenating the Cleveland dining scene with his restaurant Lola, made the trip to New York City this morning to appear on TODAY. I caught up with him to get his take on this year's James Beard Award winners, announced Monday night. As a previous winner himself, Michael dishes on whether or not he thinks his region gets the credit it deserves.
