Two 12-ounce smoothies

Ingredients

    • 1 1/2 frozen banana
    • 3 leaves kale, chopped
    • 1 handful spinach
    • 1 tsp hemp
    • 1 tsp flax
    • 1 heaping tablespoon vega chocolate protein powder
    • 1 tablespoon cacao nibs
    • 4 frozen cubes of coconut water
    • 22 ounces almond milk

Ingredients

    • 2 ounces spinach juice
    • 2 tbsp lemon
    • 2 ounces kale juice
    • 2 ounces cucumber juice
    • 2 ounces celery juice
    • 1 ounce dandelion greens juice
    • 5 ounces red apple juice
    • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger juice
    • Dash of cayenne
    • 1 tsp adrenal support (from an herb pharmacy)
