Beyond Watermelon Oreos: 5 sweet, fruity treats
The world has been abuzz about Oreo’s latest limited edition flavor, featuring golden cookies with pink and green watermelon-flavored crème filling. It’s reminiscent of watermelon-flavored Bubble Yum or watermelon Jolly Ranchers, and while one TODAY.com staffer with a super sweet tooth “loved it,” most found the chemical aftertaste too offensive to get over, with many calling it, simply, "gross."
