"That Awkward Moment" follows the romantic adventures of three young men as they tackle the ups and downs of dating, but stars Zac Efron, Michael B. Jordan and Miles Teller had an awkward moment of their own on Tuesday when they tried to explain exactly what the movie's title refers to on TODAY.

Efron wasn't really sure of the answer, while Jordan said the moment refers to the times their characters spend "trying to figure it out" where women are concerned. But Teller had another idea — maybe the title phrase just referred to what was happening to them on TODAY.

"Like right now, we didn't prepare for these questions," he joked. "These aren't the questions we rehearsed."

Efron countered, "We should have been ready for this!"

Kidding aside, there is one awkward moment in the movie that couldn't even be previewed on morning TV. As TODAY's Savannah Guthrie explained, it involves "naked acrobatics," but it was no big deal for the stars of the movie.

"Naked acrobatics are on my resume," Teller said "Been on my resume since college."

"I started practicing when I was very young," Efron added. "That's actually how I got into acting."

But it wasn't Teller or Jordan's flexibility that impressed Efron, who also served as a producer on the film. He praised his co-stars as two of the best young actors in Hollywood now.

"Yeah," Teller agreed, tongue-in-cheek. "We're the hottest guys working in film, and we're all in the film together. It's like, 'Hello!'"
