In the new issue of GQ, "X Factor" judge Simon Cowell reveals some of his regular routines, including his three smoothies for breakfast (including one that's spinach) every single day and his weekly vitamin drip.
Not so average, yet the Brit has insisted that his tastes are just that. And in the GQ interview, he proves it a bit by revealing his morning TV habits to the magazine.
No, he doesn't watch the news as he's gearing up for the day. He finds that "depressing" and "relentless." Instead, he opts for cartoons. His favorites? The classics from Hanna-Barbera. "It just puts me in a good mood," he told GQ.
On a morning that the magazine was with him, the caustic judge enjoyed some "Flintstones" and "Jetsons" on the Cartoon Network. "You've got to try it one morning. You'll be so happy for the rest of the day," Cowell told GQ's interviewer.
