Arnold Schwarzenegger Tweeted last week that he was ready to return to acting, and in short order, there are folks in Hollywood looking to resurrect "The Terminator" franchise.

Justin Lin, the director of the last three installments of "The Fast and the Furious" might be tapped to direct if Universal snaps up the picture, Deadline Hollywood reported Wednesday. A sticking point: the franchise is currently in bankruptcy court.
