They're back! That classic band of justice-loving, sewer-dwelling reptiles known as "The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles" will hit the big screen again this year, and this time, they'll have Will Arnett by their side. The actor stopped by TODAY Thursday to deliver a taste of what's to come — and a taste of the food that's behind all of the Turtle Power.

"Look what I got!" Arnett said as he greeted TODAY's Savannah Guthrie and Matt Lauer. "I brought some pizza. My buddies, the Turtles, it's their favorite thing to eat. I don't know if people knew that."

Of course they did. There's not much "Turtle" fans don't know about the green guys, and that's part of the challenge in bringing them back — pleasing those old-school fans. But Arnett thinks the new trailer for the flick proves they'll do just that.

"You know, we live in a world where the trailer has to have an impact," he explained while digging in to the pizza, "and especially with something like 'Turtles.' ... It has a fan base already built in."

One that's sure to enjoy the exclusive first look at what's to come with Arnett and his co-star, Megan Fox, that was featured on TODAY Thursday. What's not to like? It's full of the big action and bold style producer Michael Bay is known for.

"It was fantastic (to work with him)," Arnett said. "He's an action film legend. ... He's set the bar pretty high when it comes to these kinds of movies, so you want to make sure that you do it justice."

Fans will have to wait a while to see if the full film does just that. "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles" hits theaters Aug. 8.
