Is "Teen Mom 2" turning into "Toddlers & Tiaras"? OK, maybe not. But Leah Messer and Corey Simms of the popular MTV program did show off their two little ladies -- Ali and Aleeah -- at a St. Jude's beauty pageant in West Virginia on Saturday.
And no, there was no Go-Go Juice, hours in the makeup chairs, ridiculously expensive designer frocks or giant hair. Instead, the toddlers showed off their natural beauty, and all for a good cause! Grandma Dawn Spears, who appears on the show from time to time, tweeted last month that the girls were participating to raise money for St. Jude's.
But just because this wasn't a super flashy production doesn't mean there was no sass from the contestants -- one of them being Aleeah. "All the girls wore a number tag during the pageant. While on stage Gracie (Aleeah) removed hers, tore it in 1/2, and tossed it toward the judges," grandpa Jeff Simms revealed on Twitter.
The proud grandparent also captured some quieter moments on camera and shared them on Twitter. He also boasted that both girls took prizes home: Aleeah for prettiest eyes and Ali for prettiest smile.
"I was very proud of my beautiful granddaughters today at their pageant," he tweeted. "They are such a blessing to me & I love them so much!"
But the St. Jude's pageant may not be the last for Ali and Aleeah. According to an item retweeted by Spears, the girls -- and Grandma Spears -- will be in the Children's Miracle Network Pageant on Feb. 25.
