Just hours before Tuesday night's episode of "Teen Mom 2" aired on MTV, one of the show's young subjects found herself in trouble with the law.

It's a familiar predicament for Jenelle Evans. In the past, she's been arrested for breaking and entering, drug possession, fighting and violating probation. Now, after thoroughly falling out with former BFF and roommate Hannah Inman, she can add harassment to that growing list.

"Yes I was arrested again," Evans announced to her Facebook fans Tuesday night. "It's okay, Hannah's just calling her own bluffs. How can I harass u with phone calls when u clearly don't own a cell phone? I've dropped this argument weeks ago."

Of course, it takes two to drop an argument, and Evans went on to imply that Inman is actually the one harassing her, having allegedly told her own followers that she's going to "f---ing kill" Evans. But it seems Inman believes Jenelle made the first threat.

"She claims that she move out becuz I said I would 'eventually kill her' …" Evans wrote, before denying the claim. "Yes u set me up and yes u will go down. CAN'T WAIT FOR COURT!"

Evans wasn't nearly as eager to go to the Brunswick County jail in North Carolina Tuesday. According to the reality TV personality, the arrest came as she was suffering with mono, strep throat and tonsil problems.

"Yeah as I'm about to walk out the door to go to the hospital the cop is at my door and I got down on my knees and poured out tears," she explained. "I was so upset. I had to go to jail THEN go to the hospital. I feel like s---, would greatly appreciate it if everyone would drop it. K?! Thxxxx!"

In case that sympathetic plea doesn't work, Evan's has her go-to lawyer ready to defend her.

In a statement to Starcasm.net, attorney Dustin Sullivan said that he believes, "these charges against Jenelle are completely absurd and retaliatory in nature."
