It appears that two months of treatment at a rehab facility after a reported suicide attempt this summer didn't get "Teen Mom" star Amber Portwood to straighten up her act.

In the latest issue of Life & Style, the reality TV personality's brother Shawn Portwood revealed that the young mother is partying -- a lot -- rather than being a mother to her 2-year-old daughter Leah with ex-fiance Gary Shirley.

"At least three times a week, Amber will go out to bars and clubs," Shawn told the magazine. Locals in her hometown of Anderson, Ind., are also sharing their tales with Life & Style, with one man noting that Amber was spotted drinking nearly a whole bottle of wine at a pub last month.

So how often does she see her little girl? According to brother Shawn, Amber could see Leah every day if she wanted to, "but she sees her maybe three times a week," he told the magazine. "I don't even know if Amber wants full custody of Leah. She enjoys her freedom too much right now."

Maybe that's good news for Gary, who is often shown with Leah on "Teen Mom." Shawn told E! Online in June that his sister's ex is "constantly threatening to take Leah away." If Amber doesn't want to parent 24/7, at least there's Gary. (Or probably more accurately, his mother.)

Are you surprised that Amber partying after rehab? Would Leah be better off with her mom or dad? Share your thoughts on our Facebook page.
