The eight-part series premieres on Monday with two back-to-back episodes, with the first featuring agencies SK+G and The Ad Store battling it out to earn Waste Management's business. (This marks yet another foray into reality programming for Waste Management. The company was featured on the premiere of "Undercover Boss," which followed WM's president and COO as he worked -- in disguise -- alongside his employees.)

Just as on scripted drama "Mad Men," the fight for big accounts among ad agencies is fierce. And when the product is garbage (or "resources," as some might call it), it's a bit harder to make attractive to consumers and clients. Check out this trailer AMC shared with us:

"The Pitch" premieres on April 30 at 9 p.m. on AMC.
