Beyonce definitely chose form over function at Monday night's Metropolitan Museum of Art Costume Institute Gala. As Us reports, the singer's black Emilio Pucci gown was so tight she couldn't climb the stairs. Jay-Z and a friend had to literally carry her up and inside the venue.

• Cancer is part of what inspired Sheryl Crow to move from Los Angeles to Tennessee. She tells Ladies Home Journal, "After I learned I had cancer, my life took on such a sense of urgency.  I knew my life was never going to look or feel the way it was before.  Having a life-threatening illness, even though it wasn’t going to threaten my life made me reassess everything.”

• Actor Jim Caviezel made a name for himself portraying Jesus Christ in Mel Gibson's "The Passion of the Christ," and says that since that role, he hasn't been able to get work. He spoke out about his troubles at an Orlando church, saying he was "rejected in my own industry." He also discussed Gibson, saying, "he's a horrible sinner, isn't he? Mel Gibson doesn't need your judgment, he needs your prayers."

• Tony nominations were announced Tuesday morning, and one notable name was left off the list: Daniel Radcliffe, who stars in "How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying." Radcliffe is taking it in stride. He tells Celebuzz, "Obviously, it would be incredible to be nominated, but I care much more about John Larroquette getting a nod for Best Actor [in a Featured Role in a Musical.] I’d love him to win because he’s so brilliant in our show."
