'Sabotage' star Josh Holloway sings 'Frozen' song on 'Tonight Show'

Josh Holloway has played plenty of tough guys in his career — think Sawyer on "Lost," Trevor in "MIission Impossible: Ghost Protocol" and more — but it seems his role as daddy has softened him up quite a bit.

During a visit to "The Tonight Show" on Friday, the "Intelligence" star was chatting with host Jimmy Fallon about being a father to a nearly 5-year-old girl and a 2-month-old boy when he showed how parenting has changed him.

"It's been killing me, this 'Frozen' thing," the actor admitted of the wildly popular Disney film. "I was fly-fishing the other day in the snow ... and I am singing, I am depressed because I am singing, 'Do you want to build a snowmaaan?' All day long!"

In the film, Anna (voiced by Kristen Bell) sings the sad tune to sister Elsa (Idina Menzel), whom she is separated from to protect her from her sibling's uncontrolled magic.

"It's so manly, it's so not manly!" laughed Fallon. "I love it! It's fantastic, the yin and yang."

But the actor wasn't quite finished. "'OK, byeeee!'" he sang. "It kills you! I'm crying!"

And he really was, as his host pointed out.

"I can't take this," Holloway finished. "They need to settle down with these Disney stories, whoever does this. This is for kids!"

While "Frozen" may be for children, Holloway was on "Tonight" to promote his latest big-screen action flick, "Sabotage," which is clearly for adults. The movie, which also stars Arnold Schwarzenegger and Joe Manganiello, opens March 28.

"The Tonight Show" airs weeknights at 11:35 on NBC.
