According to the gossip site, Captain Derek Ray of the vessel Cornelia Marie told police that Jake Harris -- who is a deckhand -- is abusing prescription medications while at sea.
Law enforcement officials told TMZ that police found "paraphernalia," but it wasn't enough to connect the younger Harris to a crime.
