Red-carpet review: Best of Venice so far?

It's only been a few days but it feels like we've seen a month's worth of fashions at the Venice Film Festival. It's only been a few days but it feels like we've seen a month's worth of fashions at the Venice Film Festival. Maybe it's because all the stars show up for a photocall to promote their latest movie and then return a few hours later for the red-carpet action. One dictates a little more casual style, while the other is total glam.

We lined up a few of red-carpet beauties to critique here, including, from left, Evan Rachel Wood, Madonna, Abbie Cornish and Kate Winslet. Earlier we stacked Wood against the likes of Cindy Crawford and Marisa Tomei in a Venice lineup. And on the TODAY Entertainment Facebook page on Thursday, Kate Winslet won raves for her dress at the premiere of her film "Carnage" (the look above is from the screening of her HBO miniseries "Mildred Pierce.")

Keira Knightley also made her red-carpet arrival in Venice on Friday for her film "A Dangerous Method." Check out her look on Facebook, too.

So here's a chance to weigh in on four new looks or recast your vote for something you already liked.
