The Oscars are a little more than a week away, so it's fitting that details are in place for the Governor's Ball, one of the premiere after-parties, as well.

This year's theme is inspired by the Hollywood music of the '30s, '40s and '50s, with "inspired decor of such eclectic clubs as the Rainbow Room and the El Mocambo," according to the Academy. Wolfgang Puck, once again, is in charge of the menu, which includes various types of sushi, mini kobe cheeseburger with remoulade and aged cheddar, taro root taaco with smoked lobster, avocado and pickled jalapeno, black truffle pizza with ricotta and thyme, dover sole, risotto paella, and of course, the "24 Karot Chocolate Oscar" for desert.

Some fun facts about the Governor's Ball: they'll have 10,000 pieces of cutlery on hand for their 1,500 guests; 7,200 pieces of individual shrimp are ordered; 50,000 organic heirloom baby vegetables are on the shopping list; 4,000 mini chocolate oscars will be available.
