Netflix customers still smarting over the recent service split and price increase might get some satisfaction by watching a “Saturday Night Live” skit that was cut for time over the weekend.
“SNL” regulars Fred Armisen and Jason Sudeikis posed as Netflix bigwigs looking to apologize to angry subscribers through a series of statements, but in an all-too-real twist, the duo managed to make matters worse with every effort.
Watch the company evolve from a film buff’s dream to Nutflix, which, as Armisen explained, is “everything you loved about Netflix merged into a mail-order, unsalted nut company”:
