Troubled country singer Mindy McCready announced the birth of her second child on Thursday.
McCready, 37, and her boyfriend, music producer boyfriend David Wilson, welcomed their son Zayne on Monday morning.

"Zayne is truly a blessing and a joy. It was a long and trying pregnancy; we're so happy he's here. There are no words to convey how happy we are," McCready tells Us Weekly in a statement.
This is McCready's second son. The singer has a six-year-old, Zander, with her ex Billy McKnight.
Back in November, McCready made headlines when she and Zander were reported missing by McCready's mother, who serves as Zander's legal guardian. McCready eventually returned her son by judge's order.
At the time, the former "Celebrity Rehab" star said she was five-months pregnant with twins.
Yet McCready's birth announcement on Thursday made no mention of twins; in her statement, the singer asks for privacy while she recuperates.
In May 2010, McCready attempted suicide by taking a near lethal dose of prescription pills.
