Mila Kunis delivers some straight talk about what she expects in the delivery room.

Birth may be a beautiful thing, but as any woman who's delivered a little one can attest, not every part of it is perfect. That's why Mila Kunis already has a plan in place when the time comes for her: Dad-to-be Ashton Kutcher will definitely be by her side, but she's very particular about which side that is.

“Two people are allowed in my delivery room," the actress told Marie Claire magazine. "My doctor and my significant other — and he is staying above the action. He’ll be head to head. Not head to ..."

Well, you get the idea.

Kunis said Kutcher could "risk his life" and take a peek below the sheets, but added, "I wouldn’t if I were him." And she didn't mince words when it comes to the reason behind her tough talk.

"I highly doubt he wants to see that being ripped apart and shredded," she explained. "Because it will be shredded. It’s just a matter of how badly.”

Ouch.

If Kutcher wants any other advice, he need look no further than TODAY. In fact, the topic of which side of the delivery room divide to stay on came up on the show Wednesday when Savannah Guthrie's husband, Mike Feldman, spent some time in the delivery room with veteran dad Willie Geist.

Geist assumed the position usually reserved for Mom, while labor and delivery nurse Ellen Bentz revealed that "most dads will stay north of the border."

"What's the border?" Feldman asked.

He, like Kutcher, will know for sure soon enough.
