Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi and fiance Jionni LaValle welcomed their "little meatball" Lorenzo Dominic into the world Aug. 26, and the couple show him off on the new cover of People magazine.
"It's a different kind of love that I never felt before," Polizzi, who was in labor with Lorenzo for more than 24 hours, told the magazine. "When I got pregnant, everything changed. The partying is long gone. I'm a new person."
The couple shared with People the inspiration for their son's name: "I just happened to think of Lorenzo," LaValle said, and Dominic is in memory of Polizzi's late uncle. "I did it for my dad," said Polizzi.
Polizzi is currently filming a second season of "Snooki & JWOWW." You can catch her on the final season of "Jersey Shore," which premieres Oct. 4.
