Mariah Carey gave birth to twins Moroccan Scott and Monroe on April 30, and they have yet to make their celebrity magazine debut. When will the public get a glimpse of the little ones? In short: when someone pays up.
Page Six reports that pictures of the kids could fetch something in the neighborhood of $200,000. While that's no small sum of money, it does pale in comparison to the reported $14 million Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie were paid after their twins, Knox Leon and Vivienne Marcheline were born in 2008. Jolie and Pitt donated their fee to charity; no word yet on whether Carey and her husband Nick Cannon would do the same.
While Cannon and Carey reportedly thought the photos would sell for more than $200,000, the price is not their main concern. "The couple is more concerned with how tastefully the shots are presented than any giant price tag," writes Page Six.
