"Why should we put so much effort into suppressing our most basic natural instincts?" Those aren't just the words of a photo editor looking to justify posting images of Keira Knightley. It's also a line from the actress' latest film, "A Dangerous Method."

Knightley was joined by co-stars Viggo Mortensen, below right, and Michael Fassbender during a photocall at the gala premiere of the film in London on Tuesday.

"A Dangerous Method" "explores the turbulent relationships between fledgling psychiatrist Carl Jung (Fassebender), his mentor Sigmund Freud (Mortensen) and Sabina Spielrein (Knightley), the beautiful but disturbed young woman who comes between them."
