New Yorkers are Animals! They're shaggy, red-haired and ultimately lovable in a new ad for Lipton Tea in which the Muppets take Manhattan (sounds like an idea for a movie).

Kermit the Frog and Miss Piggy are are stuck navigating the "mean streets" as construction workers, taxi drivers, tourists, garbage collectors, waiters and more bump and grunt all around them.

The only calming element in this city of Animals is the tea being sipped, first by Kermit at a diner, after which he asks, "Why can't everyone just be more tea?" (whatever that means), and then by Piggy as she is hounded by paparazzi (now there's a job for Animals!).

Highlights of the ad for those watching closely include a crosswalk sign that features an Animal figure and says "Run"; a taxi driver who responds to Miss Piggy's directions with "OK, pig" as he guns it; and the movie theater where Piggy is dropped off is showing "Moi."

The Muppets are back in theaters March 21 in "Muppets Most Wanted" starring Tina Fey, Ricky Gervais, Ty Burrell and more.
