The young women of "Teen Mom 2" returned to MTV Monday night for the docu-series' season premiere. And as viewers quickly learned, the more things have changed, the more they've stayed the same for one of the moms.
Shortly after completing a month-long stint in rehab, Jenelle Evans confessed she'd fallen off the wagon.
"Well, you know, everything's been going great since I got out of rehab," she explained during the episode. "And then, you know, when I was with Marissa last night, like, I (expletive) up."
In other words, she got high.
"She was like, 'Well, do you want to smoke?' I was like, 'Well maybe one hit won't, you know, hurt,'" Jenelle said. "Then I was like, 'OK, one more.' And then I took three hits of weed, and then I was like, 'I can't do no more.'"
Unfortunately for the troubled 20-year-old, that revelation occurred to her a little too late. On probation and with a mandatory drug test just a week away, it finally dawned on her that her actions could mean jail time -- and even more time away from the son currently in her mother's custody.
"I'm not going to sit here and say it wasn't my fault -- no one forced me to do it," she admitted. "I am really disappointed in myself because, you know, I shouldn't have done it. But then again, it's like so hard not to do it."
