She may have left the "Let's Make a Deal" taping without winning anything, but Mary Hutchinson is hoping to ultimately walk away with some compensation: $25,000 to be exact, according to TMZ.
And she's looking to do it in the old-fashioned way -- with a lawsuit.
Hutchinson, 75, claims she was walking to her seat during a 2010 taping of the show and tried to reach out for support by grabbing another seat. She alleges that seat gave way and caused her to fall and injure herself. Sources told TMZ she suffered neck and back injuries, but no bones were broken.
The suit, filed in L.A. County Superior Court, seeks for damages from CBS and producers for creating what Hutchinson described as unsafe and dangerous premises.
