On Thursday night’s episode of “American Idol,” host Ryan Seacrest informed the audience that Casey Abrams wouldn’t appear on this week's results show. As it turned out, the young crooner, who was hospitalized two weeks ago due to severe stomach pains, was back in the hospital again.

“We know you're watching, buddy,” Seacrest told Abrams during the broadcast. “Feel better. Shout out to the nurses. Get back here soon, OK?”

While there’s still no word on when the 19-year-old will be back on “Idol,” he’s already informed fans that he’s feeling better.

“Hey guys, thanks for the well wishes,” Abrams tweeted from his hospital bed shortly after the show ended. “I got some nice fresh blood in me and feeling better. People at ‘Idol’ & Cedars are treating me real good.”

That wasn’t the only message from Abrams. After learning he made into the top 12, he had something to say to the “Idol” hopeful who wasn’t so lucky.

“I love you girl” Abrams wrote to the newly ousted Ashthon Jones. “I know for a fact we will meet up again in the near future. And your hair better be even bigger next time :)”
