Hugh Grant clearly heard about what Jon Stewart had to say about him. In the wake of the "Daily Show" host noting he would "never" welcome him back to his program while recalling a 2009 appearance by the actor, Grant has taken to Twitter to humbly acknowledge it.
"Turns out my inner crab got the better of me with TV producer in 09," the Cloud Atlas star tweeted on Thursday. "Unforgivable. J Stewart correct to give me kicking."

While chatting with Stephen Colbert as part of a fundraiser for the Montclair Film Festival in New Jersey on Friday, Dec. 7, Stewart was asked who his least-favorite guest had been and immediately replied with Grant.
"He's giving everyone s--- the whole time, and he's a big pain in the a--," Stewart said regarding Grant's appearance to promote the movie "Did You Hear About the Morgans?" "And we've had dictators on the show."

Guess time will tell if Stewart will change his "never" to "maybe" when it comes to Grant.
