Speaking with The Hollywood Reporter at Sunday’s Grammy Awards, OneRepublic frontman and multiple nominee Ryan Tedder let loose that his good pal Gavin DeGraw is pondering a campaign for ABC’s coveted mirror ball trophy.
“Gavin DeGraw is doing 'Dancing With the Stars,' I heard,” Tedder spilled on the red carpet. The duo most recently collaborated on DeGraw’s “Not Over You” and “Sweeter,” and both have been known to gush about each other’s talents to the press -- a true bromance.
“He’s amazing. He’s one of my favorite male singers alive,” Tedder added.
Watch the video below to hear his full quote, though it is not clear whether DeGraw has officially inked a deal with ABC to appear on the series. A representative for the network did not immediately return THR’s request for comment.
