"X" marks the spot on Sept. 21!
Fox has revealed its fall premiere dates, and the highly anticipated talent competition "X Factor" will be taking "Idol's" Wednesday-Thursday slots. Simon Cowell's new U.S. project will debut over two nights starting on Sept. 21, from 8 to 10 p.m. on both evenings.
Other new series premiere dates:
- "New Girl," starring Zooey Deschanel, at 9 p.m. on Sept. 20
- "Terra Nova" at 8 p.m. on Sept. 26
- "Allen Gregory," an animated comedy featuring Jonah Hill, at 8:30 p.m. on Oct. 30
- "I Hate My Teenage Daughter," starring Jaime Pressly, at 9:30 p.m. on Nov. 23
Returning programs' premiere dates:
- "Cops" at 8 p.m. on Sept. 10
- "Glee" at 8 p.m. on Sept. 20
- "Kitchen Nightmares" at 8 p.m. on Sept. 23
- "Fringe" at 9 p.m. on Sept. 23
- "The Simpsons" at 8 p.m. on Sept. 25
- "The Cleveland Show" at 8:30 p.m. on Sept. 25
- "Family Guy" at 9 p.m. on Sept. 25
- "American Dad" at 9:30 p.m. on Sept. 25
- "House" at 10 p.m. on Oct. 3
- "Bones" at 9 p.m. on Nov. 3
