Emily Maynard has already begun her adventure on “The Bachelorette” by traveling to Dollywood, hosting a cocktail party, scaling a wall of a restaurant and cavorting with her eager suitors. Yet, it wouldn’t be a stretch to say the most fun she’s had so far is choosing her wardrobe.
The 26-year-old is certainly set to stun this season. Her stylist Cary Fetman told InTouch that the $350,000 wardrobe budget for season eight is the highest ever in the show's history, and the single mother has certainly put that money to work.
“(The wardrobe budget) was bigger than any previous season – and we still went over,” Fetman told the magazine.
Among the spendy items she's worn? A $40,000 nude Randi Rahm gown and a pair of strappy $1,045 Christian Louboutin Straratata heels.
A season 15 “Bachelor” alumna, Emily has had a rather bumpy love life. Dealing with the tragic death of her former fiancé, NASCAR driver Ricky Hendrick, and splitting with “Bachelor” Brad Womack soon after he gave her the final rose, Emily nonetheless remains hopeful.
"I hope that people can see how genuine I am in truly wanting to find somebody,” she told the AP. “I would never put myself through all this again if I didn't really believe in it.”
Even amidst her up-and-down personal life, Emily maintains a vibrant, sophisticated style.
“She loves to be a girlie girl," Fetman told InTouch. "She loves dresses and anything glitzy and sparkly.”
Lucky lady. That $350,000 budget buys a lot of glitz.
