From onscreen co-stars to offscreen couple!
It's official—Courteney Cox is dating Cougar Town costar Brian Van Holt. The 43-year-old actor plays Cox's ex-husband on the TBS series.
"They've been going out for about six months," a source tells Us Weekly of the couple.
The Cougar Town co-stars have been linked on and off since the 49-year-old actress split from her husband, David Arquette, in 2010. The source also adds that with their divorce finalized, and with Arquette being seen in public with new girlfriend Christina McLarty, Cox is more comfortable taking the next step with her new beau.
Even Cox’s 9-year-old daughter, Coco, seems to approve of the relationship. "The girl was extremely comfortable with Brian," an onlooker who visited the show's set last fall tells Us Weekly. "She treated him like a dad or an uncle."
Hopefully their offscreen relationship ends better than their onscreen one!
