Late-night talk host Conan O'Brien delivered Darmouth's commencement speech Sunday, and prepared the graduating class of 2011 for at least one thing: job insecurity.

"One of the reasons it's so tough to find work is that aging baby boomers refuse to leave their jobs," O'Brien said. "Trust me on this. Even if they promise you for five years they are going to leave, and say it on television — you can go on YouTube right now and watch the guy do it — there's no guarantee they won't come back. I'm speaking generally."

Uh, sure, "generally," if that's the word we're using to refer to Jay Leno now.  O'Brien, who spoke before a crowd that included former president George H.W. Bush, also added that the past year was the "most satisfying year of my professional life."
