Sorry, "X Factor" fans. You'll have to wait until Thursday night to see part 1 of the Judges' Homes round, Fox has announced.
The postponement is due to a two-hour rain delay in the American League's Championship Series. Part 2 of the Judges' Homes round will now air on Sunday at 8 p.m. instead of Thursday. (But that's assuming there won't be a game seven in the American League.)
During this special round in "X Factor," contestants will go to a judge's home (or location of choice) to be mentored by L.A. Reid, Simon Cowell, Nicole Scherzinger or Paula Abdul. Fox also announced Wednesday that Rihanna will join Reid in mentoring the boys. Cowell will work with the girls, while Scherzinger focuses on those over age 30, and Abdul on the group performers.
The baseball playoffs are airing on the network, which has also changed up the schedules for "New Girl," "Glee" and "Raising Hope" to accomodate the games. (Need the altered schedule? Get it here.)
